Brut ou Demi-Sec
Avec une belle mousse crémeuse qui reste très présente après le service, ce champagne possède une jolie robe dorée. Le nez s’avère très expressif, porté sur des notes de fruits jaunes et plus spécialement le coing. Des touches de fruits secs viennent compléter ce nez puissant. L’attaque en bouche est très nette, laissant apparaître un vin rond et assez soyeux. La finale est assez fraîche et longue.
An intense golden appearance is topped with a mousse of great subtly. The very expressive bouquet initially displays yellow fruits hints, in particular quince, followed by aromas of dried fruit. On the palate, the wine boasts freshness of the Chardonnay, the richness of the Pinot Noir and full bodied elegance. The finish is well-rounded and intensely fresh.
Cuvée Prestige
80% Chardonnay – 20% Pinot Noir
D’une couleur or pâle, ce champagne possède des bulles fines et nombreuses. On retrouve pleinement l’expression du chardonnay avec un nez très frais et très droit. Ses arômes portent sur le pamplemousse, et de légères senteurs florales viennent apporter une pointe de complexité. Lors de la mise en bouche on retrouve le côté très droit et très frais, agrémenté de quelques saveurs d’épices.
In appearance, the wine is seductive with a clear robe, with many bubbles, characteristic of the Chardonnay grape, and with its fine, dense, regular sparkle. On the nose, we recognize the Chardonnay’s expression with a very fresh and distinct nose. His aroma’s remind grapefruit, and some floral hints (orange zest hint, slightly lemon notes) which brings a touch of complexity. On the palate, the attack is frank and lively. Thanks to the blending of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it is both elegant, powerful and fully developed.
Cuvée Rosé
100% Pinot Noir
Ce champagne Rosé de Saignée offre une robe d’un rose soutenu accompagnée de quelques reflets rouges. L’effervescence est intense, avec des bulles fines et crémeuses. Après aération, ce champagne offre une belle puissance aromatique. On retrouve des notes de fruits frais (fraise, cerise et framboise), de réglisse et de figues. L’ensemble est accompagné de subtils arômes floraux. Ce Rosé met en avant une belle typicité, tout en gourmandise, avec un joli volume en bouche.
This champagne Rosé de Saignée shows a deep pink colour with some red reflections. A robe with a strong pink tinges with fine bubbles. The aromatic expression of this wine revealed during the olfactory examination, the nose is full-bodied after taste. It gives off fresh fruits (strawberry, cherry and raspberry), liquorice and fig. All is follow by subtle floral aromas. This Rosé highlight a nice typicity from Pinot Noir grown in the southeast part of the Champagne area and a well-balanced wine.
